Wilber Sempijja
Founder
Wilber Sempijja is the founder of Mengo Children’s Foundation, bringing over a decade of dedicated leadership in organizational development and social impact. Driven by his personal experience of overcoming extreme poverty and hardship during childhood, Wilber has dedicated his life to breaking the cycle of adversity for others.
He holds a Master of Arts in International Community Development (MA-ICD) from Northwest University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Through his strategic vision, Wilber has established key partnerships and led high-impact community programs that empower vulnerable children with access to quality education, healthcare, and talent development.

Charles Ssenyonga is passionate about transforming lives through education. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education Leadership and Management from Uganda Management Institute (UMI). He provides guidance and technical support to the organization in implementing of activities

She has Volunteered at the organisation sinceinception and she currently support in financial management,adminstartion and general compliance
Pam Nankabirwa
Monitoring & Evaluation
Pam Nankabirwa is very passionate with numbers. She leads our monitoring and evaluation and her work is key in the success of our work.
